Gilbert Recurring Cleaning has spent 22 years focused on one thing: recurring commercial cleaning contracts for property managers, facilities managers, and office managers in Gilbert, Arizona and the surrounding East Valley. What We Do

We operate three recurring service types — weekly and bi-weekly cleaning, nightly recurring cleaning, and quarterly deep clean and reset — and we scope each account individually rather than selling a one-size-fits-all package. A single-tenant office near Rivulon has different needs than a multi-tenant retail center at SanTan Village, and our quotes reflect that.

Who We Serve

Our clients are the people responsible for how a commercial building looks and functions day to day: property managers overseeing a portfolio of tenants, facilities managers running a single large site, and office managers who need a vendor they don't have to supervise. We are not a fit for homeowners or one-time deep cleans unrelated to an ongoing contract.

How We Operate

Every new account starts with a walkthrough (in person or by floor plan for smaller spaces) and a written scope of work that documents exactly what gets cleaned, how often, and to what standard. That document is the reference point for every visit going forward, so there's no ambiguity between what was promised and what happens on-site. We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations, and a certificate of insurance is included with every written quote.

Office Hours

Our office is staffed Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Calls after hours or on weekends receive a callback the next business day — we'd rather commit to that in writing than pretend to offer 24/7 phone coverage we don't actually staff.
